Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes when refunds or credits may be issued for advertising purchases made with Privy Promotions ("we," "us," or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions for Advertisement.
2. General Principle
All advertising purchases (including minutes, campaigns, and subscriptions) are generally non-refundable.
Once a campaign has started, we will not be offering refunds for that campaign if you choose to cancel, pause, or modify it, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
3. Refunds or Credits When We Cancel or Cannot Deliver
If we cancel a campaign or are unable to deliver the purchased services (for example, a material outage that prevents your ads from running as scheduled), we may, at our sole discretion or where required by law, issue a refund or credit for the unused portion of your purchase.
Any such refund or credit will be limited to the portion of the services that were not delivered and will be calculated using our internal records of campaign delivery.
4. Changes or Cancellations Requested by You
You may request changes to campaigns before they start, such as adjusting creative or scheduling. We will attempt to accommodate reasonable changes, but we are not obligated to grant all requests.
If you cancel a campaign before it starts, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit or adjust future billing rather than providing a cash refund.
If you cancel, pause, or modify a campaign after it has started, you are not entitled to a refund for any portion of the campaign that has already been scheduled or delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Chargebacks and Disputed Payments
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider or initiate a chargeback, we may suspend or terminate access to active campaigns and your account while the dispute is investigated.
Where a chargeback is resolved in our favor, you remain responsible for all amounts due, and we may reinstate your campaigns only after full payment is received.
6. How to Request Help
If you believe a billing or delivery issue has occurred, please contact us as soon as possible at billing@privypromotions.com with your account details, campaign information, and a description of the issue. We will review your request in good faith and respond in a reasonable time frame.
