Our Story
Privy Promotions was founded with a simple but powerful idea: local businesses deserve advertising solutions that actually work for them. Too often, small and medium-sized businesses pour their marketing budgets into platforms controlled by massive corporations, only to see minimal returns and their money leave their community.
We believed there had to be a better way. By placing digital advertising kiosks in high-traffic restrooms at popular local establishments, we created a captive audience environment where ads are actually seen and remembered. Our self-service platform puts business owners in control of their campaigns, allowing them to target specific locations, manage their budgets, and reach customers right in their backyard.

Alan Stanek
Business Lead & Founder
Alan is the visionary behind Privy Promotions. As a veteran and active member of the National Guard, he brings discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of duty to everything he does.
An entrepreneur at heart, Alan has started several small businesses throughout his career. Privy Promotions was born from his desire to help local businesses advertise in a way that gives them agency and keeps their advertising dollars in their communities—rather than sending them to big corporations far from their cities.
His mission is simple: empower local businesses to reach local customers effectively.
Matt Larson
Technology Lead
Matt is the technical backbone of Privy Promotions. A graduate of Bemidji State University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, he brings over 10 years of software engineering experience to the team.
His passion for technology started in childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. Matt loves to tinker, build, and solve complex problems—skills that have been instrumental in building the Privy Promotions platform from the ground up.
From the self-service dashboard to the kiosk management system, Matt ensures that our technology is reliable, user-friendly, and always improving.
Rick Gramke
Sales Lead
Rick is our charismatic sales lead who seems to know someone everywhere he goes. His natural ability to connect with people and build relationships makes him invaluable to the Privy Promotions team.
Like his colleagues, Rick is an entrepreneur with a keen understanding of what it takes to build and grow a business. He brings this experience to every conversation with potential clients and partners.
Outside of work, Rick is a passionate art enthusiast with a particular appreciation for Vincent Van Gogh. His creative eye and appreciation for beauty influence how he approaches presenting Privy Promotions to the world.
